Wait for Confirmation | Once school fees have been paid, we will deduct a discount amount from your next invoice, as specified below.
The amount you will save is based on the school department and the grade of the referred child.
01 The referral programme is effective immediately until further notice.
02 Every family currently enrolled at the Deutsche Schule Jakarta (DSJ) for at least one full school year can participate in the referral programme (please note exception under paragraph 09).
03 The referrer will need to submit the Referral Form informing DSJ about the student to be referred and his/her parent’s email address. The DSJ will then contact the referred family.
04 Once the new student (the referred) is enrolled and the DSJ school fees for the upcoming school year have been paid fully and irrevocably into the account of DSJ, both the referrer and the referred will be entitled to a one-time referral discount credited towards the upcoming DSJ school fee invoice as per paragraph 07.
05 In the event a family submits a referral and the new student will commence in the middle of the school year, the referral discount will be credited towards the next DSJ school fee invoice (provided that DSJ school fees of the referred student have been paid fully and irrevocably into the account of DSJ cumulatively for a full school year).
06 The referral discount will be credited according to the terms of payment of the DSJ school fee invoice, so chosen by the referrer and the referred (full payment at once or two installments).

The referrer and referred will benefit from the following referral discounts credited to their upcoming invoices:

The referral discount amount shall not exceed 100% of the referrer's total DSJ school fees. Under no circumstances will DSJ provide any cash-back to the referrer.
08 More than one student can be referred.
09 To be entitled to participate in the referral discount, the referrer must be up-to-date in their DSJ school fees and in good standing with the DSJ school.

The referral program applies to both the International and German Programs across all grades at DSJ.
11 The program is only valid for self-paying families.
12 The school reserves the right to cancel any discounts in case the referrer or the referred violates any of the provisions herein and/or in case of severe misconduct to the detriment of the school.
13 The DSJ referral discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, except for sibling and loyalty discounts.

The DSJ reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time.
