Since April 2011, Lisa Satriyana has been part of the kindergarten team at the German School Jakarta (DSJ), where she contributes her experience, creativity, and warmth to ensure that the youngest learners discover the joy of learning. She studied German Language at the Universitas Indonesia and has been working as an early childhood educator since 2011. With great dedication, she supports children in their development and creates a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Frau Lisa became an educator because she loves working with young children and finds joy in guiding them as they grow and learn. For her, every day is an adventure filled with curiosity, laughter, and new discoveries. What she appreciates most about DSJ are the high-quality teaching materials and the spacious, child-friendly campus that offers countless opportunities for learning and exploration.

Her educational motto is: “Learning through play – playing through learning.” This philosophy reflects her belief that children learn best through joyful, hands-on experiences. In her free time, Frau Lisa enjoys reading, baking, and jogging. Her favorite quote, “Play, laugh, learn, grow… every day,” perfectly captures her positive and life-affirming outlook. She also has a special talent for digital design and creative crafts, which she skillfully incorporates into her daily work. With her empathy, creativity, and dedication, Frau Lisa is a valued member of the DSJ kindergarten team and makes a meaningful contribution to the well-being and development of the children.
