Muriel Müller is a teacher at the German School Jakarta, where she teaches English and French in the upper secondary school. She studied at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and has been teaching since 2023. She became part of the DSJ team in 2025.

Frau Müller became a teacher because she wanted to make learning enjoyable and motivating for everyone involved. What she loves most about her profession is that she is constantly learning herself – and never stops. Her educational motto is: Content before form. At DSJ, Frau Müller especially appreciates the exciting environment and the diversity of encounters that come with being part of an international school community.

In her free time, she enjoys music, sports, travelling, films and series, and languages. Her favourite quote is: C’est la vie! Her secret talent: karaoke!
