DSJ Proudly Presents: Second Annual Short Story Competition for Grades 7-12

For the second time since 2023, the Indonesian Department of Deutsche Schule Jakarta is hosting another Short Story Writing Competition for students in Grades 7-12.
The anticipation among students is palpable as they eagerly prepare to unleash their creativity and showcase their writing prowess. Nearly all submissions have been made, with students uploading their short stories to an online platform for easy access.
This year, we're excited to announce that our short story entries will be featured on the Gramedia Writing Project (GWP) website, granting them broader exposure. Now, not only can our students enjoy these captivating tales, but so can you, immersing yourselves in their narratives.
Our decision to utilize this website was deliberate, as it is a writing platform affiliated with the esteemed Kompas Gramedia Group. Beyond public consumption, students' writings stand the chance to capture the attention of Kompas Gramedia editors. Should a story captivate their interest, it may even be published by Gramedia Publisher.
